The Senior Director, Global Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain from raw material to finished goods. In this role, you will need to balance between strategic and tactical levels, transforming Global Supply Chain into a strategic advantage while ensuring operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall business performance. On-Time Delivery (OTD) is of the essence for Radiometer’s business, and this role will be critical in ensuring timely and reliable supply chain operations. Improving inventory turns and logistic costs are also among the top priorities to be successful in this role

This position reports to the VP of Operations and is part of the Global Operations senior leadership team located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  

  • Lead global inventory management to optimize supply chain performance across Radiometer’s global manufacturing and distribution network. 
  • Ensure timely and reliable On-Time Delivery (OTD) to meet customer expectations and maintain business continuity. 
  • Lead strong Demand Planning and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective deployment of materials worldwide. 
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives and drive continuous improvement in supplier management, logistics, and working capital management. 
  • Leverage Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive lean processes, operational excellence, and global supply chain transformation. 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Master’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and global supply chain management. 
  • Ability to navigate and lead in a global matrix organization to drive results. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in supplier management, cost reduction strategies, and global logistics management, with experience in ERP systems (QAD or SAP preferred). 

Ideally, we are looking for a leader who is result driven, transparent and able to effectively lead a global team with multiple stakeholders. 

It would be a plus if you also possess:  

  • APICS certification or Lean Six Sigma/DBS experience. 

Additional Requirements:  

  • Ability to travel internationally (20-30% travel).
