We support associate career development through the Danaher Business System (DBS). Developed from the principles of lean manufacturing, DBS is a continuous cycle of development and improvement. DBS is our shared language and where we find daily motivation and empowerment. If we don’t know where to begin or the next step needed to solve a complex problem, DBS offers common-sense solutions to carry our teams forward.

To support the cause, we created five Associate Resource Groups (ARGs). These groups reinforce our mission to become a more inclusive workplace. Company-wide, we also set tangible goals to improve in these areas. By 2025, we hope our US office consists of 38% people of color.
