Indirect Strategic Sourcing Associate, EMEA
 

Your Responsibilities: As an Indirect Strategic Procurement Associate, you will support significant procurement projects in the EMEA region and work closely with all business units and functions.

Your Fleet Responsibilities: Manage the central fleet for various countries in Europe (Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands). Handle and manage all fleet requests and inventories.

Your Role in the Team: You will support, monitor, and assist the local tactical purchasing teams and site managers. Ensure that policies and procedures relating to compliance, engagement, early involvement, supplier selection, assessment, and development are understood and implemented.

Part of the Global Integrated Supply Team: Based in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, we offer you the opportunity to become part of a dynamic team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on Key Performance Indicators and cost-saving goals

  • Be responsible for strategic procurement processes and compliance

  • Handle legal interactions, such as supplier non-disclosure agreements and legal interactions between Pall and suppliers

  • Manage supplier relationships

  • Collaborate within the organization
     

We expect from you:

  • A completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office clerk, or relevant professional experience

  • 2 years of work experience in strategic sourcing, fleet management, category management, or purchasing

  • A driving license

  • Fluent English and German skills (minimum B2 level)
