The Analyst II Quality Control for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the work in the quality control department (OKK).

This position is part of the Quality Control team at Immunotech s.r.o. located in Prague and it is on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Quality Control team and report to the Quality Control Supervisor responsible for evaluation of tests. If you thrive in fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class working environment at our organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, plan, and manage daily operations within the Quality Control Department (OKK).

  • Represent the Head of OKK during their absence, excluding financial responsibilities.

  • Develop, update, and submit quality-related procedures and documentation.

  • Use statistical tools to evaluate product quality and suggest improvement measures.

  • Support the implementation and compliance of ISO and internal quality systems.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Food Science.

  • Active knowledge of Czech and English.

  • Strong Excel skills and overall PC proficiency.

  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in quality control or a laboratory within diagnostics or life sciences.

  • Using statistical software for analysis and reporting.

  • Supporting ISO certification or quality management system implementation
