The Global Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships with key account customers in the Food & Beverage (F&B) market. The role involves creating and implementing account strategies to increase visibility and revenue, monitoring performance metrics, influencing decision-makers, and fostering strong internal and external relationships to ensure customer-centric solutions and long-term partnerships.

The position reports to the Global Strategic Accounts Leader and is part of the Global Strategic Accounts sales team. This is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Key account customers to drive expansion in the F&B market;
  • develop and sustain relationships with key account customers by engaging and executives and key decision-makers, and leverage these relationships to gain insight into customers’ future strategies and needs, positioning Pall F&B as a trusted advisor including securing long-term partnerships;
  • develop and implement account strategies and plans designed to increase visibility and revenue share at key accounts and align account strategies with business goals;
  • collaborate on developing solutions that best meet key account customer needs, design customer-centric solutions and develop commercial proposals through value selling;
  • work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure client needs are met and best solutions are provided.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • a strong and demonstrable successful track record in achieving sales targets, with a focus on large key account management or a similar role;
  • a good understanding of the F&B industry (Beer, Wine, Food, alternative protein etc..), including market trends and competitive landscape;
  • excellent negotiation and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective sales plans and secure beneficial contracts and resolve issues;
  • excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English;
  • the ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight).

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
