In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a team of professional Global Strategic Account Managers focused on serving those key customers with a global footprint;
- be the face of Pall to the customer and entirely responsible for negotiating the Framework, long-term agreements directly with the Key Global Accounts;
- be accountable for achieving core growth (orders & shipments) and targeted gross margin within allocated SG&A by having consensus with all internal stakeholders.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Having a deep understanding of strategic focus areas & customers' business to analyze issues and needs, and the organizational implication, and to identify root causes;
- having a strong and demonstrable track record in a key/strategic global account management role (ideally in the Food & Beverage or Pharmaceuticals industry), of developing and sustaining customers relationships at the leadership level and leveraging these relationships to gain insight into customers’ future strategies and needs while proactively building relationships with new types of customers;
- being able to recognize breakthrough thinking, emphasizing the importance of exploring unique paths even when they run contrary to current thinking;
- applying in-depth knowledge of industry issues (while anticipating future trends), the business climate and market dynamics for assigned accounts as well as overall market potential based on unique opportunities and risks in the local markets;
- developing account plans with a wide range of stakeholders and integrating them to drive business results, increase visibility and revenue share;
- dealing effectively with complex financial information and analysis with a clear view of the targets, projections and performance required;
- demonstrating expertise in partnering with customers globally, building sustainable relationships and leveraging customer insights and decision criteria to drive solutions and strategies across the organization, which address previously unmet and evolving needs.
You must possess previous experience in:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10 plus years of demonstrable sales experience, focusing on key account management or a similar role.
- Understanding of the F&B industry (beer, wine, food, alternative protein, etc.), and /or Life Sciences including market trends and competitive landscape, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- This position is fully onsite.

- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

The salary range for this role is $150,000- $180,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
