Senior Electronics Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, the candidate will lead the development of new products, localization efforts, and VAVE projects by managing complex system-level requirements, developing concepts and prototypes, integrating and debugging systems, conducting tests, and overseeing verification and validation processes. The candidate will also handle the design transfer and creation of the Design History File (DHF). You will be responsible for the electronics design, testing, and manufacturing efforts associated with new product development, localization, and VAVE/Enhancement projects. This includes scheduling electronics tasks, participating in Visual Project Management (VPM) Kaizen as the Electrical Engineering (EE) owner, and executing and tracking the EE plan. Leading electronic system design reviews and Kaizen initiatives, such as PSP, will be a key part of his/her responsibilities. The candidate will also manage intellectual property (IP) by confirming freedom to operate (FTO) and overseeing project patent management, including planning, submission, and mapping of LMS and competitors. Additionally, he/she will provide documentation to comply with China GB 4793, 9706, or other relevant standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that product designs meet manufacturing, cost, service, and regulatory requirements. The candidate will assist in supply chain selection and the development of production processes, including assembly and inspection, and support the development of functional circuit testing (FCT) devices.
