The HR Digital Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven HR agents that optimize workforce productivity, streamline operations, and enhance associate experience.
This position reports to the Director of HR Operations and is part of the HR team located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Optimize Productivity by Implementing AI agents that analyze work patterns, suggest workflow improvements, and reduce inefficiencies.
- Create Autonomous Workforce Assistants that proactively provide associates with insights, recommendations, and support.
- Process Automation by leveraging agents to automate HR functions, such as repetitive HR tasks such onboarding, payroll updates, and self-service,
- Predictive HR Analytics by using AI to forecast talent needs, detect burnout risks, and recommend strategic workforce interventions.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation by improving agents through reinforcement learning, NLP, and feedback loops to ensure alignment with business objectives and company culture.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, an IT related field.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and generative AI for HR applications.
- Understanding of HR technologies, workforce optimization, and associate experience platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for AI-driven automation.
- Experience in chatbot development, generative AI, and intelligent virtual assistants.
- Ability to use AI-driven insights to enhance HR operations.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with HR platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or AI-driven ATS.
- Experience in AI agent development, NLPs (Natural Language processing), and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft environment including Co-pilot, power automate, Power Virtual agents, MS Fabric & Power BI.
