Senior FP&A Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for managing multiple priorities – a self-starter who can work independently but who is also a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will support the Finance Director, VP/GM along with the commercial and functional teams.

You will be a key member of the IDBS Finance team, and will provide key financial insight, business support and analytical insight for various business partners and senior management.

We are looking for a self-starter that can work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines and have the ability to prioritize workload.

This is an office-based position.

What we’ll get you doing:

• Be a key business partner to the commercial and functional business leaders on all OPEX related costs.
• Ensure accuracy of P&Ls at month and quarter end, providing budget/forecast vs actual variance analysis after each close, and run and distribute monthly P&L packs to stakeholders
• Own the monthly OPEX forecast and delivery of the annual budget.
• Build and maintain headcount tracking and reporting, and improve processes through financial modelling.
• Be a point of contact for the OPEX NSPB dashboards.
• Build and maintain relationship with parent company finance team and manage all OPEX related deliverables

Here is what success in this role looks like:

• Qualification in Accounting or Finance, or related professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
• Extensive FP&A experience preferably in software related field
• Experience of working in a global business environment with strong understanding of global process.
• Results orientation; Provides high quality results
• Accurate and detail-oriented with high level of analytical and professional skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Advanced MS Office and financial modelling skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience with NetSuite ERP software highly preferred
