In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive various projects within operations, right from idea to implementation
Define project scope and objectives, based on input from stakeholders
Act with cross-functional and technical teams to execute your project or identify opportunities for process improvements
Coordinate statistical procedure and support other functions with its fulfilment
Support in development of statistical analysis to monitor and control production processes.
Use statistical approach to perform and support validation of production processes
Implement and maintain SPC techniques
Develop and conduct MSA and Gage R&R to evaluate the measurement systems.
Provide training and support to production teams on SPC and MSA methodologies.
Act as a subject matter expert on statistical methods and quality control techniques
The essential requirements of the job include:
Engineering education, preferably with a technical background like robotics and automation or a related field.
Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's) in relevant fields can be advantageous.
Core quality knowledge and experience with SPC and MSA methodologies.
Validation of processes and equipment
Fluent in English and Polish
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
Familiarity with statistical software and tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred12
Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) can also be beneficial
