This role will be key member of MD China leadership team, will be responsible for Hospital business China strategies in order to provide the business with optimal quality, pricing & delivery performance. This role will take P&L responsibility for managing strategic accounts and will establish and maintain good strategic customer relationships in order to achieve maximum advantage for the company with the delivery of a quality product to its customers. This Role will need base on SH/BJ.
Develop strategy for the Hospital China operations, ensuring that the business continues to enjoy superior growth rates of both top and bottom line by capturing new business opportunities and building upon a leading market share in Greater China. Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short and long term performance for Hospital Sales and Marketing. Oversee implementation of goals so that our products are best in quality.
Optimize the utilization of resources to maximize strategies and policies to enhance customer satisfaction. Define strategies and policies to maximize performance and develop overall organization awareness of same Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs, to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand and drive market penetration. Work with other functional teams such as R&D, Service, manufacturing, etc. to analyze and come up with recommendations for new business development opportunities. Understand and track the latest information in Life Science industry, including new products, competitive intelligence, regulatory guidelines, etc., and responsible for market intelligence tracking Drive external relationships with dealers, distributors, large key accounts and government organizations; build and optimize excellent channel/ distributors Continue building the local organization by hiring, training and developing highly motivated employees as the business grows. Foster a team-based, customer-oriented and result-driven culture, while ensuring that teams remain cohesive and motivated to achieve long lasting and strong performance. Partner across Molecular Devices’ senior leadership teams, (Commercial, Service, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Product Development and HR) to develop and execute the China operations plan and strategy. Maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance. Manage deployment of DBS as a continuous improvement tool by providing resources and tools to execute improvement initiatives
