Are you passionate about technology and ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? Cytiva is looking for a talented Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from Poland, supporting our mission to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

As a Lead Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and supporting network services that are essential to our business operations. You will be part of our Global IT Infrastructure team, contributing to projects that make a real difference in the world of healthcare.
 

What you will do:

• Engineer, deploy, and support global network and voice services.

• Configure and deploy new network hardware into the existing global Cytiva network.

• Support wired and wireless LAN environments at sites in multiple EMEA countries.

• Monitor IT ticket queues and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.

• Implement Palo Alto firewall policies based on approved change requests.

• Utilize network monitoring tools and respond promptly and appropriately to alerts.

• Participate in an on-call support rotation.

Who you are:

• Proficient in planning, deployment, and support of Cisco SD-WAN services or similar vendors.

• 6+ years IP network engineering and technical support.

• Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting BGP Routing Protocol.

• Demonstratable knowledge and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless LAN infrastructure.

• Experience with deployment and support of Palo Alto firewalls.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• AWS, Azure, and OCI Cloud Environments.

• Cisco Identity Services Engine.
