Radiometer is launching a strategic business program where we are replacing current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with two critical components: Dynamics 365 ERP, and Dynamics 365 CRM.

We are looking for a Business Application Supporter to strengthen our global support team, by delivering high-quality user support of several applications, the most important include D365 CRM, PROS CPQ, Seismic but not limited to. With a new initiative to deliver efficient support of business processes, rather than applications, the support role will be working across applications.

This position is part of the IT, Business Applications organization located in Stargard, Poland and is an on-site position. You will be a part of the Global Business Systems Support team and report to the Sr. Support Manager responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our core business applications. You will be working closely with service desk teams, super users and experts, third-level support teams and IT infrastructure teams to ensure effective support and resolution of issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver comprehensive support for CRM, PROS CPQ, and Seismic applications, including super user support, end user support, user access management, troubleshooting, and incident/problem management.

  • Work closely with the Sr. Support Manager, Global Business Systems, and Global IT team members to efficiently support end-to-end business processes across applications.

  • Oversee day-to-day application operations, including upgrades and updates, while ensuring the creation and maintenance of high-quality, user-friendly support documentation.

  • Apply your in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, PROS CPQ, and Seismic, including their configurations, integrations, and functionalities, to provide effective second-level support.

  • Leverage strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring smooth application performance and user satisfaction.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3+ years as Application IT Supporter or equivalent having a broad IT technical background.

  • Experience with application support of CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM).

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and complex problems efficiently.

  • A strong attention to detail, ensuring that all user requests, tasks and issues are tracked and resolved accurately, aiming for a high-quality user-centric support.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly, and be able to listen actively and respond to user questions and concerns effectively.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ITIL processes such as Incident-, Problem- and Knowledge management.

  • Application support of Sales Enablement systems, e.g. Seismic, PROS CPQ.

  • Working in a global organization within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.
