The Service Coordinator is responsible for the team's coordination with clients and internal teams.

This position reports to the Service Supervisor and is part of the Service team located in Taipei and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Take calls and proceed with follow-up customer phone calls and coordinate the order processing of service parts

• Provide documentation support for quotation, list price bidding and contract maintenance

• Renew Service contract, Field Service documents, creation and contract document updates and archiving management

• Monitor service contract and Preventative Maintenance schedule & Assist in Service inventory /parts usage management

• Generate reports including Forecast Service monthly/yearly revenue and Ad hoc task as requested

The essential requirements for the job include: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• At least 3 years related work experience in an international organization.

• Relevant work experience in quotations and contract maintenance

• Possess good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Good command in written and spoken English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Organising team schedule

• Able to multi-task and good organizational skills

• Oracle , Quest or other similar databases
