We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Global Marketing to spearhead our global marketing initiatives and make Marketing a highly differentiated and sustainable competitive advantage. This pivotal role is essential for driving brand recognition, thought leadership and customer engagement, and generate above market revenue growth across all our businesses and regions through innovative and forward-thinking strategies and strong aligned execution. You will be part of a broad international Commercial team reporting to Senior Vice President Commercial Operations and managing a global Marketing organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development & drives execution of our Company strategy in line with our Vision & Mission. Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals and emphasizes innovation.
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging and positioning across all markets to enhance brand equity. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, Key Opinion Leaders and agencies to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation
Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable competitive advantage, creating value for new and existing customers
Oversee all digital marketing efforts leveraging our LSIG (Life Sciences Innovation Group) Platform, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and trends.
Build, mentor, and lead a diverse and inclusive high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence Drive continuous improvement across worldwide marketing processes and innovate customer value with new products and promotions with agile use of our Danaher Business System tools and mindset
Drive marketing strategies and programs with regional customization and execution to maximize lead generation and lead to opportunity conversion to meet targets. Collaborate with the regional commercial teams to size new opportunities and estimate early-stage requirements.
Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
Contribute to M&A due diligences and integration efforts in line with divisional strategies.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Degree in Biology, Biochemistry preferred.
Experience: Proven experience (15+ years) in senior Commercial/Marketing/Sales Excellence leadership roles in the Life Sciences industry, preferably in a global organization, with demonstrated success in developing and executing global commercial and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of commercial processes, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and emerging marketing technologies.
The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals.
High experience in organizational transformation and change management.
Excellent analytical, planning, forecasting, budgeting/ Financing and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven and outcome-based approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proven ability to lead a proactive marketing organization and ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to business objectives.
Broad marketing skill set including Voice of Customer, campaign management, demand generation, market segmentation, digital marketing, e-ecommerce, strategy development and competitor assessment in a complex global environment.
Demonstrated evidence of success in both direct line leadership and highly matrixed environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
Experience with lean / continuous improvement.
Experience with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
This global position requires to travel globally (30-40% estimate).

The salary range for this role is $ 310,000 to $340,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
