The Project Coordinator for Aldevron is responsible for acting as a liaison between internal Aldevron teams and the client for the purposes of troubleshooting issues, as well as keeping clients updated on the status of their order(s).
This position is part of the Project Management Function located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Project Management Team and report to the Manager of Project Management responsible for acting as a liaison between internal Aldevron teams and the client for the purposes of troubleshooting issues, as well as keeping clients updated on the status of their order(s). This role coordinates established clients and projects for Research Grade plasmid DNA and RNA manufacturing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Capture, coordinate and follow up on decisions, actions and outcomes from internal and client interactions with appropriate and timely follow up
• Function as an internal liaison between internal Aldevron departments and the client
• Coordinate order status and shipments with the client
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred, preferably in a scientific discipline
• Prefer 2+ years' experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to consistently manage multiple priorities and solve problems using critical thinking skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Previous experience working in the field of biotechnology and/or experience in a regulated environment (GMP, FDA, ICH)
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
