The AEM Sr Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our websites and components using Adobe Experience Manager and Franklin (Edge Delivery Services). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
This position is part of the Life Sciences Innovations Group Digital Team and will be based in India.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using AEM and Franklin.
- Create front-end blocks in Franklin using Javascript and CSS.
- Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and services, while focusing on front-end design.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experiences.
- Integrate AEM with external systems and third-party APIs.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in AEM, including components, templates, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service and related Adobe technologies.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Some experience with Franklin and its integration with AEM.
- Understanding of the AEM Franklin topology
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics
