Position Summary:
Join Cepheid, a Danaher Company, and be part of a team that’s revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge diagnostic solutions. As a Key Account Manager for the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) in the Western Region, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding market share, and delivering impactful solutions that improve patient outcomes. This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you’ll personally own revenue growth, build deep customer relationships, and position Cepheid as a trusted partner in the region’s healthcare transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of Cepheid’s sales performance at key MOH accounts in the Western Region, focusing on large and mid-sized hospitals and labs.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored account strategies, including stakeholder mapping and securing funding for Cepheid’s innovative diagnostic technologies.
Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Territory Managers and the Clinical Solutions Team to expand the sales funnel, acquire new customers, and increase assay utilization.
Build Trusted Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers, positioning Cepheid as a critical partner in their patient care journey.
Expand Networks: Build and leverage external and internal networks to strengthen Cepheid’s presence and influence within the Saudi MOH in the Western Region.
Negotiate Win-Win Deals: Structure complex agreements that meet customer needs while ensuring Cepheid’s profitability targets are achieved.
Align with Healthcare Goals: Develop and implement account strategies that align with MOH’s healthcare objectives and Cepheid’s mission to deliver faster, more accurate diagnostics.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor healthcare market and policy developments, collaborating with the Clinical Solutions Team and other functions to adapt strategies and seize opportunities.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee Cepheid shipments and deliveries to MOH hospitals, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
