Represents the OpCo(s) on legislative, regulatory, and industry issues with government officials and industry agencies (including healthcare/mRepresents the OpCo(s) on legislative, regulatory, and industry issues with government officials and industry agencies (including healthcare/medical). Coordinates, implements and/or manages federal, state, and local government affairs programs for the OpCo and oversees the related budget. Participates in industry coalitions, and acts as liaison to government, regulatory and industry agencies. May develop, advise and/or present testimony and policy for the OpCo with various government agencies and industry coalitions. Works with designated industry organizations and advocacy groups and conducts/manages lobbying efforts. Influences OpCo(s) business strategy through regular monitoring, analysis, and reporting of related government/industry issues and trends. Regularly advises government and industry officials on OpCo(s) topics. Builds external government and industry relationships to facilitate education and communication of the benefits and strengths of the OpCos(s) products/programs.
 

1. Oversee external affairs for the Shanxi, Henan, HeBei，andNeiMeng , providing comprehensive support to the business needs of Danaher's diagnostic, life science, and biotechnology platforms in these areas. Develop regional external affairs strategies, implementation plans, and evaluate outcomes.

2. Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with regional medical insurance bureaus, Health Commissions, and strategic hospitals to provide customers with comprehensive solutions and deliver company value. Manage interactions with these entities concerning medical service items, medical insurance payment methods, collections, and other market access-related activities.

3. Stay abreast of all relevant policies and plans related to medical insurance and healthcare in the region, focusing on innovation policies in the Greater Bay Area and Boao Pilot Zone. Assist the company in formulating and implementing medium- to long-term strategies aligned with the company's business development direction, thereby supporting business growth.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional departments such as the Department of Commerce, Department of Science and Technology, and Department of Industry and Information Technology, as well as industrial parks, collaborating with ExA colleagues to support the execution of group strategy in the region.

5. Maintain effective communication channels with industry associations and research institutions, fostering robust communication with the government to effectively convey corporate needs and create a favorable external environment. 6. Engage in thorough communication with Opco to understand their requirements, provide policy guidance for business development by integrating national and local policies, and explore new business opportunities through policy advocacy.

7. Collect and analyze policy information related to the medical field in the regions under my responsibility.
