Senior Account Manager – Services

We are looking for driven individuals who are ready to bring their unique talents and perspectives to our ground-breaking projects on Service Solution Sales in our Energy+ markets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across the main Pall Service portfolio categories in the defined territory.
(Mobile Rentals equipment, Service Plans, Maintenance Services & Spares Parts as well as our Professional & Scientific Services)
- Define and achieve value-add for both customer and Pall
- Cross collaboration with sales and engineering teams in region, to enable service growth at point of sales
- Enhancing and developing new service solution growth areas.
- Customer Support: Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Territory:
- UK based, with occasional travel to Benelux, Scandinavia.
The essential requirements for the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent background in Refining and Petrochemical industries or relevant technical field.
- Multiple years sales experience, and solid understanding of Fuels & Chemical industry, or related experience in Services.
- Ability to travel (approximately 60%), primarily in UK but also including Benelux, Scandinavia
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Ability to learn new technologies and industry trends quickly.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in managing key accounts is beneficial.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Excellent communication, organisational and technical presentation skills
- SFDC, MS Office (Excel) and Powerpoint
