Job Description
Position Objective
- Provide timely technical support to Energy+ China sales team for pre-order and post-order
- Develop and promote new application to support business growth.
- Provide sales technical training and execute sales technical assessment.
- Provide technical training to external customer.
- Work with marketing team in developing technical documentation.
- Write technical article & publish in PALL Wechat.
- Support BU Strategic Project like: P2P/NPD/localization project etc.
- Running lab test in Beijing Laboratory, field test on customer site etc.
- Other related work: BU Demo management, Develop Test Report, Fair Support etc.
Essential Job Functions
- Technical Support for sales – 40% TIME
- New application development – 30% TIME
- Training(Internal & External) – 15% TIME
- Support BU and Marketing activities – 15% TIME
Qualifications
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CHEMICAL /WATER/ MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in PALL Energy+ related business
- Chemical /water/ mechanical engineering with fluid dynamics & Project management knowledge will be an advantage
- Should be able to resent PALL technology and information at high level to customers as well as internal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
- Languages: Good Mandarin and English, fluent in writing and speaking
- A high level of drive, initiative and independence is required
- Great team spirit, strong cross collaboration ability
Travel Requirement
Around 40-60% including overnight trips to customer facilities within China Mainland
