The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market.

This position is part of the Information Technology Team and will be located onsite in Putnam, Connecticut.

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Service Desk incident and request management.
• User computing systems and tools provisioning
• IT systems & facility maintenance
• Participate in IT and business-related projects.
• Collaborate with global diverse IT teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Applicable degree program or IT industry certification
• 3+ years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience
• PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment.
• Understanding of network and server administration
• Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment.

The salary range for this role is $70-$90K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
