As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will play a critical role in managing TA deployment for a function/sub-region. You’ll leverage standard work and Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools to drive team performance and candidate/client satisfaction. This role is based onsite in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Managing headcount and capacity across team. Assign requisitions for direct reports.
- Leading operational rigor through mature utilization of DBS to drive team performance and process improvements.
- Participate in communities of practice across functions to enable best practice sharing, leverage talent communities, and problem-solve.
- Implement diversity recruiting strategies (partner organizations, ARG involvement, brand channels, campaigns)
- Enforce and consult on standard work, deploy and drive adoption of new technology
- Apply available framework and tools to activate employer brand in region
- Onboard new team members, coach and develop for current and future roles, complete people management tasks (P4G, D4G, compensation planning)
- Consult as Business Relationship Manager for regional HR and business leaders
Preferred Background and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment in an in-house talent acquisition model; Experience leading a team preferred
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills that foster collaboration and build trust
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to make recommendations
- Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic employment law for relevant countries
Language Skills
English fluency required. Spanish and Portuguese language skills are beneficial.

10% travel (domestic & international)
