The Regional Repair Center Engineer (d/f/m) is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and calibration of Cytiva equipment at their respective Regional Repair Center. Enhancing customer satisfaction by employing effective communication and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and exceed company standards. This encompasses contributing to sales and service growth.

This position reports to the Regional Repair Center Manager and is part of the Equipment Services Organisation located in Vienna, Austria and will be fully onsite.

What you will do:

• Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Calibration of Cytiva equipment

• Effective organisation – including Work Orders, Parts Orders and Sales Initiatives

• Maintain direct communication with customers, driving customer satisfaction

• Handle shipments/collections to both EU and export countries

Who you are:

• HTL or Bachelor's Degree with focus on a technical discipline or similar experience

• Technical support experience in a related field is beneficial

• Fluent English language skills are mandatory, and German language skills are desirable

The salary for this role is from 50,000 EUR. This is the salary that we in good faith believe is the salary of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This salary may be modified in the future.
