Our organization is comprised of two business entities: Alltec and FOBA. Alltec is an international market and technology leader in the field of laser marking, coding and engraving. Our products—laser marking systems, laser engraving machines, laser coders and workstation solutions—are brought to the market through our own brand, FOBA, as well as through the trusted brand names of our powerful global sales partners.

TEAM EVENTS Spending time together outside the workplace contributes to a positive and more collaborative work environment. That's why we sponsor and fund regular team events including a kick-off celebration at the beginning of the year and a summer outing, in which Alltec/FOBA team members and their families can come together in a fun and festive setting.

ONGOING EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT The Danaher organization provides all associates with ongoing educational training courses, which allow you to expand your professional experience. Alltec/FOBA also holds regular workshops in which inter-divisional participants have the opportunity to present the results of their efforts before the entire company. Employees can also join other departments for brief internships in order to gain experience beyond their immediate roles, and thus expand their professional skill set.
